By accessing or using the Site or any service offered on the Site by Asesorías Legales, will imply the acceptance of the Terms and Conditions by the Users. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you would read these terms and conditions before continuing to use the Site.
Asesorías Legales may modify the Terms and Conditions whenever it deems necessary, so it will be the User's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions each time he/she accesses or uses the Site. The use of the Site or any service of the Site, after the introduction by Asesorías Legales of modifications to the Terms and Conditions, will constitute the acceptance of the User of the new Terms and Conditions.

The user may not use the service to improve the quality of any data sold or contributed by the user to a third party.
You agree that you have no ownership rights in any of these names and marks.
The user may not use the service, the information it contains or the names or trademarks of Asesorías Legales in unsolicited e-mail and may not send unsolicited e-mail to other users of the service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, shall Asesorías Legales, its suppliers or its third party agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, even if an authorized representative of Asesorías Legales has been specifically advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the service, links or items on the service or any provision of the terms and conditions, such as, but not limited to, loss of revenue or anticipated revenue or lost business. (Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages).
REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
The User declares, warrants and guarantees that:
- It has the capacity to enter into this agreement.
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You shall not use any of the rights granted herein for any unlawful purpose.
- You will use the Service only as indicated in these Terms and Conditions.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree, at your own expense, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Asesorías Legales, its employees, representatives, suppliers and agents from and against any claim, suit, action or other proceeding based upon or arising out of your use of the Service or any link to the Service.
TERM
Either the User or Asesorías Legales may terminate this agreement with or without cause at any time and such termination shall be effective immediately.
User may terminate this agreement by discontinuing use of the Service. This agreement will terminate immediately without any notice from Asesorías Legales, in the event that Asesorías Legales determines in its sole discretion that the User has failed to comply with any provision of these Terms and Conditions. In both cases the User shall immediately destroy all materials obtained from the Service and all existing copies.
PRICES AND MEANS OF PAYMENT
All our services are quoted in US dollars.
PRICES AND LIQUIDATION
With respect to the prices of the services, the customer will be charged the prices established in the corresponding section, as offered on the website. Prices include value added tax as provided by applicable laws in the United Mexican States (16%).
In addition to the purchase price, customer shall be responsible for all taxes, including value added, excise, use, privilege, ad valorem, customs and any other similar taxes, levies, fees or charges, imposed or increased by virtue of any municipal, state, federal, international or any other nation's law, rule, ordinance or regulation with respect to the services sold to customer. In the event Seller shall, for any cause whatsoever, become obligated to pay such taxes, Buyer shall, upon request, immediately reimburse Seller for such amounts. Customer shall provide, upon Seller's request, any tax exemption certificate.
In addition, to the extent required by applicable laws in each country, customers agree to send us duly completed tax forms to enable us to make all required filings with the tax authorities.
PRICE CHANGE
We may change prices and/or introduce new charges in addition to the prices at our sole discretion with thirty (30) days prior written notice to the User.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may increase prices, immediately and with contemporaneous notice.
PAYMENT
The price of the services shall be paid in advance by credit card or other method of payment accepted on the website.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
To provide any service, it will be necessary to cover 100% of the amount including taxes.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments may be made via accepted credit or debit card.
We are not responsible for delays in our services in cases of fortuitous events or force majeure. Under no circumstances Asesorías Legales will pay penalties for delays in the delivery of our services.
MODIFICATION TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Asesorías Legales has the right to change the content or technical specifications of any aspect of the Service at any time at its sole discretion. Additionally, the User accepts that such changes may imply that the User is not entitled to access the Service.
