Return and Refund Policy

In the event that the Client cancels the contracted service and claims the refund of the amount paid, Asesorías Legales will agree, only in the event that, during the term of the service, the Client has not made use of it. The maximum term to request the refund will be five working days. Notwithstanding the above, in the event that the client has purchased a service that has already been used, no refund will be made.

In any other case in which the client claims the restitution of the amount paid for the contracted service, Asesorías Legales will evaluate the merits of the claim and will inform the client of its decision by e-mail. In case of refund, the company will make a credit in the payment method indicated by the client, this credit will be made within 15 working days, counted from the time the client claims the refund, which will be informed through the email that has been registered.
